As part of the new Mental Health Ministry at Summit United Methodist Church, we are delighted to announce the launch of a Caregiver Support Group, beginning Sunday, January 11. The group will meet weekly from 12:00 to 1:30 PM in the chapel.
This group will be a safe and welcoming space where caregivers can talk openly about both the joys and the challenges of their role. Together, we will explore practical coping strategies, connect with resources in the community, and most importantly, offer one another understanding, warmth, and genuine care. You don’t have to walk this journey alone — we are here for one another.
